Our Case Results
$8,000,000.00 Pedestrian Accident
We are proud to have obtained an Eight Million for a seriously injured elderly pedestrian. Defendants’ vehicle ran a stop sign and never saw my client, but the Defendant’s Insurance Company refused to accept responsibility alleging my client’s clothing was dark, the lighting was bad, he should not have been there, etc., etc… As a result of being struck by the Defendants’ truck, my client initially suffered life threatening injuries and was left with catastrophic injuries to both of his legs.
It was a long 3 ½ year battle to obtain a recovery that will take care of my client for the rest of his life, but it was worth the fight. Our Team has been privileged to represent my client and his family.
